Propuesta de implementación de procedimientos bajo la norma iso 31000 ante una emergencia de incendio en el hospital de especialidades Portoviejo

Abstract

Se ha tomado en cuenta al Hospital General de Especialidades Portoviejo como la institución apropiada para poder aplicar una correcta gestión de riesgos, en la cual se realiza su respectivo análisis de riesgos para poder implementar las medidas de prevención, mitigación y evacuación adecuadas y ajustadas a los reglamentos del año vigente, manteniendo las políticas y seguridad de la institución y los reglamentos de salud a nivel nacional, para lo cual se elaboró una propuesta de un manual que detalle los procedimientos a realizar frente a un evento adverso como es el caso de un incendio, siendo así que esta propuesta será un documento de apoyo que brindará las herramientas necesarias al personal de la institución en el que puedan saber qué acciones realizar en caso de presentarse este evento, con la finalidad de precautelar la integridad y seguridad de los pacientes, personal médico, administrativo y de todo individuo que permanezca o transite en el Hospital General de Especialidades Portoviejo, tomando como referencia que la institución mencionada presenta antecedentes de conatos de incendios, bajo esta primicia se llega a la determinación y observación de crear la propuesta del manual de gestión de riesgos frente a un evento adverso de incendio.
