Creación de un modelo de gestión administrativo para el hotel “Playa Clarita – en el cantón Atacames"

Abstract

La importancia de implementar un modelo de gestión administrativo en el hotel Playa Clarita ubicado en el cantón Atacames, radica en la mejora tanto de sus procesos operativos como en la consecución de sus objetivos. El objetivo del presente trabajo de titulación se basa en crear procesos los cuales se adapten a la organización con el din de identificar y mejorar las funciones de cada colaborador según sus habilidades y conocimientos permitiendo influir de manera positiva, de tal forma que se refleje al momento de brindar un servicio, logrando así que sea más profesional y agradable para los clientes. La metodología utilizada en el presente trabajo de titulación son las siguientes: el método cualitativo, el estudio de campo, la observación de la forma en que cada colaborador realiza su trabajo y el método cuantitativo para poder obtener resultados específicos mediante la aplicación de encuesta a todo el personal de la organización. Todo este proceso es fundamentado por los métodos analíticos, descriptivos y bibliográficos. Se realizó un análisis FODA, del cual se extrajo una matriz estratégica permitiendo llegar a la conclusión de que el hotel tiene la necesidad de incluir en este modelo de gestión un manual de procesos y funciones enfocados en cada área y en cada puesto de trabajo. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados del análisis se recomienda al hotel trabajar en la implementación de nuevas tecnologías, estar a la vanguardia de la innovación y mantener las capacitaciones periódicas a sus colaboradores adaptando y mejorando los procedimientos para brindar un mejor servicio. The importance of implementing an administrative management model at the Playa Clarita hotel located in the Atacames canton, lies in the improvement of both its operational processes and the achievement of its objectives. The objective of this degree work is based on creating processes and identifying and improving the functions of each collaborator according to their skills and knowledge allowing to influence them in a positive way at the time of providing a service, since it is much more professional and pleasant for customers. The importance of implementing an administrative management model in the Playa Clarita hotel located in the Atacames canton, is to improve its operational processes and the service provided by its collaborators. The methodology used in this degree work are the following, the qualitative method, the field study, the observation of the way in which each employee performs the work and the quantitative method to obtain specific results by conducting a survey to all staff of the organization. This whole process is based on analytical, descriptive, and bibliographic methods. A FODA analysis was carried out, from which a strategic matrix was extracted, allowing to reach the conclusion that the hotel has the need to include in this management model a manual of processes and procedures focused on each area and function of its collaborators, which will be a key piece to fulfill the objectives of the proposed work. Considering the results of the analysis it is recommended that the hotel work on the implementation of new technologies, be at the forefront of innovation and maintain regular training for its employees.
