Plan de negocios para la exportación de quinua producida en la ciudad de Latacunga con destino al mercado de Estados Unidos

Abstract

El siguiente plan de negocios tiene como objetivo el incrementar el mercado de la quinua ecuatoriana en el mercado estadounidense. Se realizó una investigación sobre el nivel de las exportaciones con destino a EEUU y a su vez cuanto exportan las empresas que ya realizan este negocio en dicho mercado, de igual manera se tuvo que conocer sobre la quinua y sus beneficios. La quinua es uno de los cereales los cuales son considerados súper alimentos por su gran cantidad de beneficios para la salud, es por ello que es muy importante dar a conocer sus grandes propiedades al mundo y al ser un grano ecuatoriano dar a conocer nuestro país. Para poder ingresar al mercado estadounidense se ha realizado un estudio de marketing para determinar que estrategias de venta, precio y distribución debemos utilizar para poder llamar la atención de nuestros clientes. De esta manera también se ha logrado identificar la importancia del marketing mix dentro de esta operación para poder captar un mayor mercado internacional. Para la creación de este proyecto se ha tomado la decisión de registrar la empresa como una SAS, ya que este tipo de compañías presentan muchos beneficios, considerando como el que más destaca es que no se arriesga el capital personal sino solo lo que uno desee invertir en la compañía. Se realizó un estudio para poder decir que tipo de perfiles profesionales son los que ocuparan los distintos cargos de la compañía, ya que se necesita personas que sean capaces de liderar este proyecto el cual tiene un alto nivel de crecimiento. Se realizó un análisis financiero para poder conocer tres escenarios los cuales serían: optimista, esperado, pesimista. De esta manera podremos conocer todas los escenarios y riesgos que tenemos al emprender este negocio. The following business plan aims to increase the market for Ecuadorian quinoa in the US market. In this way, it has also been possible to identify the importance of the marketing mix within this operation in order to capture a larger international market. For the creation of this project, the decision has been made to register the company as a SAS, since this type of company has many benefits, considering that the one that stands out the most is that personal capital is not risked, but only what one wants. invest in the company. A study was carried out to be able to say what kind of professional profiles are the ones that will occupy the different positions of the company, since people are needed who are capable of leading this project which has a high level of growth. A financial analysis was carried out in order to know three scenarios which would be: optimistic, expected, pessimistic. In this way we will be able to know all the scenarios and risks that we have when undertaking this business.
