Centro comunitario integral en la parroquia de Gualea

Abstract

El presente proyecto “Centro Comunitario Integral en la parroquia de Gualea” consiste en diseñar un espacio urbano arquitectónico que permita el encuentro comunitario, de libre acceso en la comunidad de Gualea para dinamizar su economía local y así mejorar su calidad de vida, además generar espacios que proporcionen a los productores de lácteos y caña capacitación continua, actividades culturales e integración con la comunidad. El Centro Comunitario Integral busca crear un nuevo núcleo dentro de la comunidad, adopta el dinamismo que genera los espacios arquitectónicos como medio de conexión con la comunidad transmitiendo en un lenguaje de formas, recorridos, plazas y espacios las lecturas sociales, culturales y tipológicas de los pobladores de Gualea. Por medio del aporte a la creación del Centro Comunitario Integral de Gualea se desea reactivar con un espacio urbano arquitectónico a esta comunidad y generar así un nuevo punto de desarrollo, económico, turístico y tipológico en las parroquias rurales memos intervenidas.

The present project "Integral Community Center in Gualea´s town", this consists of designing an architectural urban space that allows the community to meet within its members, free access in the community of Gualea to strengthen its local economy and also to improve their quality of life, although it generates the opportunity to get train and in this way they could obtain better quality within the dairy and sugar cane producers, cultural activities and integration in the community. The Integral Community Center seeks to create a new nucleus within the community, adopts the dynamism that generates the architectural spaces as means of connecting with the community, transmitting a language of forms, routes, squares and spaces, social, cultural and typological readings of the settlers of Gualea. Through the contribution to the creation of the Integral Community Center of Gualea, it is desired to reactivate this community with an urban architectural space and generate a new point of economy, tourism and typological development in the local town that are less helped.
