Estudio de factibilidad técnica y económica de un taller electrónico automotriz en la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

En esta investigación se realiza un estudio para la implementación de equipos electrónicos para dar el servicio de diagnóstico electrónico automotriz, tales como el osciloscopio, el escáner y el multímetro automotriz entre otros más, estos dispositivos son los principales para realizar dicho diagnóstico. También se da a conocer los dispositivos complementarios para el diagnóstico electrónico como los comprobadores de batería, humedad en el líquido de freno y el comprobador de bobina, aquellos no se usan mucho en los tecnicentros que brindan este servicio, pero de todas formas es importante conocerlos. Por otra parte se presenta una propuesta en la cual se va a verificar la implementación de dichos equipos en un taller automotriz y ver si es posible su implementación, para ello se analiza la inversión con los flujos netos adquiridos al calcularlos mediante los ingresos y egresos de la proyección que se está realizando, mediante un punto de equilibrio al realizar los diagnósticos respectivos, y así por medio de las herramientas económicas que son el VAN y TIR, se verifica la rentabilidad de la investigación y se demuestra si es factible o no el proyecto.

In this investigation learning is made for the implementation of electronic equipment to give the service of electronic automotive diagnosis, such as the oscilloscope, the scanner and the automotive multimeter among others, these devices are the main ones to carry out this diagnosis. It also discloses the complementary devices for electronic diagnosis such as battery testers, moisture in the brake fluid and the coil tester, those are not used much in the technicentros that provide this service but anyway it is important to know them. On the other hand, a proposal is presented which will verify the implementation of such equipment in an automotive workshop and see if it is possible to implement it, for this purpose the investment is analyzed with the net flows acquired when calculating them by means of income and expenditures. the projection that is being carried out, by means of a point of equilibrium when making the respective diagnoses, and thus by means of the economic tools that are the VAN and TIR, the profitability of the investigation is verified and it is demonstrated if the project is feasible or not.
