The porpuse of the next work is to treat a pediatric patient with habit of buccal breathing and atypical swallowing. Mouth breathing is the inhalation of cold, dry, dust-laden air to the mouth and pharynx, when being inhaled through the nose produces heating, humidification, and air filtration. The maxillary sinuses show little growth and hypoventilation, in the long term the maxillary nasal mass is altered; the lips are separated, the jaw descends and the tongue also descends accompanying the jaw. It is necessary to detect these problems in a timely manner and treat them with interconsultations to achieve a satisfactory treatment. The dental age of the patient allows us to design a plaque that does not affect with the exfoliation of the tooth where the retainers are held in turn to give the space necessary for the eruption of the definitive teeth...es_ES
