| dc.description.tableofcontents | Resumen El estudio define un proyecto factible desde el punto de vista técnico, económico, financiero y ambiental, con la suficiente capacidad para el tráfico actual y futuro, que proporcione una buena velocidad operativa, economía en el transporte, regularidad en el servicio, seguridad y confort al usuario, dentro de las actividades y costos previstos. La demanda será investigada a través del estudio del tráfico en la zona, (TPDA) el mismo que se realizara mediante conteos volumétricos manuales durante las 24 horas del día, 7 días de la semana para identificar y caracterizar el flujo vehicular y crecimiento además de un estudio Socio-económico que revelara los beneficios del proyecto no sólo para mejorar la comunicación y el transporte sino y sobre todo como factor de enorme influencia en el desarrollo de la productividad y comercio de las tierras que actualmente están casi improductivas o tienen muy bajo rendimiento por no existir el incentivo producido por la vía, lo que de hecho, asegura la rentabilidad del proyecto. Abstract The study defines a feasible project from the technical, economic, financial and environmental, with enough capacity for current and future traffic, providing a good operating speed, economy, transport, regularity of service, safety and comfort the user, within the activities and expected costs. The complaint will be investigated through the study of traffic in the area, (TPDA) the same to be held by hand volumetric counts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to identify and characterize the traffic flow and growth and a Socio-economic studies that show the benefits of the project not only to improve communication and transport but above all as a factor of great influence on the development of productivity and trade in the countries that are currently almost unproductive or very low production absence of the incentive produced by the way, which in fact ensures the profitability of the project. | es_ES |
