El objetivo del trabajo es realizar un estudio bibliométrico de la producción científica de la ingeniería de software orientada a la calidad, cuyos resultados sean base para futuras investigaciones. La metodología utilizada fue descriptiva –retrospectiva, siendo los datos recolectados a partir de la base de datos Scopus; para su obtención y posterior análisis, se utilizaron varios parámetros que definieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, obteniéndose 144 artículos resultantes; además, se plantearon múltiples interrogantes que permitieron visualizar las principales tendencias a través del análisis descriptivo de los mismos. Al final del proceso, se determinó la revista IEE Access con más artículos publicados, Mkaouer Mohamed Wiem como el autor más relevante en el tema, Estados Unidos como el país con el mayor número de publicaciones, entre otros indicadores. Además, se evaluó la importancia de este tipo de investigaciones y las preferencias de los investigadores, todo ello, evidenciado por el número de publicaciones que se han desarrollado en el periodo 2018 –2022. Description: The research shows the bibliometric analysis of software engineering, a situation that arises from the need to understand how the development process has been evolving and how companies have been adopting, adapting, and standardizing it for the development of quality software. The objective of this work is to carry out a bibliometric study of the scientific production of quality-oriented software engineering, whose results will be the basis for future research. Se desarrolló mediante un enfoque mixto y con una población de estudio que abarca todas las instituciones del sistema financiero que otorgan créditos productivos. La información se recopiló a través de las bases de datos de organismos competentes y fiables, como el Banco Central y la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria, disponibles en sus páginas webs. Para el procesamiento de los datos fue necesario el uso de la estadística descriptiva y econométrica. Los principales resultados indican que el crédito productivo tuvo un incremento en la aceptación de los socios y clientes debido a la intervención del estado ecuatoriano mediante programas para reactivar la economía después de los incidentes provocados por la pandemia Covid-19. Seguidamente, se estableció un efecto directo entre las dos variables de estudio, por lo que, el aumento del crédito productivo representa una ampliación en el PIB. También, se proyectó un crecimiento para los años 2023 y 2024 del volumen de crédito productico en 9,42% y 13,02% respectivamente, y un aumento del PIB en 0,18% y 1,07%. Finalmente, se concluye de forma general que las colocaciones del crédito productivo aumentaron por las acciones del gobierno y que éstas sí contribuyen al crecimiento económico del Ecuador. Description: The purpose of this research study is to describe the variation in the volume of productive credit in Ecuador and determine its effect on GDP during the period 2016-2021 at the national level. It was developed through a mixed approach and with a study population that encompasses all the institutions of the financial system that grant productive credit. The information was collected through the databases of competent and reliable agencies, such as the Central Bank and the Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity Economy, available on their websites. Data processing required the use of descriptive and econometric statistics. The main results indicate that productive credit had an increase in the acceptance of members and clients due to the intervention of theEcuadorian State through programs to reactivate the economy after the incidents caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Next, a direct effect was established between the two study variables, so that the increase in productive credit represents an increase in GDP. El objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación fue analizar la relación entre la motivación y clima laboral del personal operativo de la Cooperativa de Transportes Loja, y con base a dicha correlación proponer un diseño de plan de capacitación. Esta investigación se enmarcó en un enfoque cuantitativo con un alcance descriptivo-correlacional, donde se aplicó la encuesta que se evaluaron seis dimensiones (necesidades fisiológicas, estima y reconocimiento, autorrealización, autonomía individual, orientación a resultados, y calidez y soporte), con instrumentos utilizados por investigadores en tema de motivación y clima laboral, así mismo, la calificación se obtuvo a través del coeficiente R Pearson, el programa SPSS y escala de Likert, en una muestra de 118 trabajadores. Los principales hallazgos mostraron que el grado de motivación es regular, con un clima laboral saludable. A pesar de ello, se evidenció una correlación regular y moderadamente significativa entre ambas variables. Se concluye que, el diseño de plan de capacitación puede contribuir a potenciar, así como reforzar la eficiencia y eficacia de las actividades para lograr a tener un ambiente saludable en la empresa. Se recomienda incentivar a los trabajadores para mejorar los indicadores motivacionales para el buen desempeño laboral orientados a cumplir el objetivo de la empresa. Description: Motivation is a process that everyonehas to direct and persist in some necessary effort that helps to execute their function as a professional, while the work environment is when people within an organization generate and energize through social interaction. The objective of this research work was to analyze the relationship between the motivation and work environment of the operating personnel of the Loja Transport Cooperative, and based on said correlation, propose a training plan design. This research was framed in a mixed approach with a descriptive-correlational scope, where the survey was applied to evaluate six dimensions (physiological needs, esteem and recognition, self-realization, individual autonomy, results orientation, and warmth and support, with instruments used by researchers in the field of motivation and work environment, likewise, the qualification wasobtained through the R Pearson coefficient, the SPSS program and the Likert scale, in a sample of 118 workers. The main findings showed that the degree of motivation is regular, with a healthy work environment. Despite this, a regular and moderately significant correlation was found between both variables. It is concluded that the design of the training plan can contribute to enhance, as well as reinforce the efficiency and effectiveness of the activities to achieve a healthy environment in the company. El objetivo del estudio es presentar los hallazgos empíricos del comportamiento del consumidor hacia las compras en línea durante la pandemia de la Covid-19 en Latinoamérica, entre los años 2020 y mediados del 2022. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura y se seleccionaron 12 investigaciones publicadas en bases de datos científicas. La revisión reveló que, la adaptación a las compras en línea disminuyó el nivel de desconfianza hacia los medios digitales, asociados a la facilidad de uso, seguridad del sitio web, ofertas y atributos de entregas, como los principales cambios en el comportamiento de compra. Description: The Covid-19 pandemic produced changes in consumer behavior towards online shopping due to lockdown. The goal of the study is to present the empirical findings of consumer behavior towards online purchases during the Covid-19 pandemic in Latin America, between years 2020 and mid-2022. A systematic review of the literature was carried out and 12 research publications in scientific databases were selected. The review revealed that adaptation to online shopping decreased the level of distrust towards digital media, associated with ease of use, website security, offers and delivery, as the main changes in purchasing behavior. 2023-09-10T00:00:00Z
