Abstract: En 1936 el estado de Oklahoma el sueño de la cadena Piggly Wiggly se dio cuenta que sus clientes realizaban sus comprar sin ningún tipo de coche o estructura que ayude a transportar los productos, en consecuencia, los clientes se movilizaban por toda la tienda con bolsas de papel impidiendo llenarlas debido a la fragilidad de las bolsas por el peso de los productos, esto provocaba a los clientes reducir el consumo dentro de la cadena antes mencionada, para promocionar las compras el señor Sylvan N.
