dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación revisa el rol de la diplomacia parlamentaria ecuatoriana en sus diferentes ámbitos, centrándose en el caso de estudio Parlatino (Parlamento Latinoamericano y del Caribe). Para ello se observa como el trabajo realizado dentro de sus Comisiones Permanentes logra ser aplicado en el país, por medio de las leyes aprobadas que cumplen con los lineamientos y políticas estipuladas dentro de los Objetivos Nacionales trazados en el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir 2013-2017. Para ello fue necesario el análisis y recopilación de documentos obtenidos en la Coordinación de Relaciones Internacionales de la Asamblea Nacional del Ecuador, las entrevistas a los Asambleístas que ha trabajado dentro del Parlatino en las diferentes comisiones y/o actores afines a la Diplomacia Parlamentaria, así como las Leyes Marco que representan el trabajo realizado en el Parlatino y las leyes nacionales aprobadas que durante el periodo de estudio 2013- 2017. Estos elementos en su conjunto, nos han dado como resultado que la ejecución de la Diplomacia Parlamentaria ecuatoriana ha logrado ser efectiva para el cumplimento de los intereses nacionales y además han posicionado al Estado ecuatoriano como referente frente en esta materia a nivel regional.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation reviews the role of the Ecuadorian parliamentary diplomacy in its different spheres. In order to understand this, the investigation focuses on the Parlatino study case (Latin American and Caribbean Parliament) and how the work done within the Permanent Commissions tries to applicate in the country through the approved laws that comply with the guidelines and policies stipulated within the National Objectives outlined in the “Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir” 2013-2017. For this, it was necessary to analyze and compile documents obtained in the International Relations Coordination of the National Assembly of Ecuador, the interviews to the assemblymen that have worked within the Parlatino in the different commissions and / or the actors related to the Parliamentary Diplomacy, as well as the Framework Laws that are the representation of the work done in the Parlatino and the approved national laws during the 2013-2017 study period. These elements as a whole, have given us as a result that the execution of the Ecuadorian Parliamentary Diplomacy has managed to be effective for the accomplishment of national interests and have positioned the Ecuadorian State as a reference in this matter at the regional level.es_ES
