Diseño arquitectónico de un centro de integración cultural y educativo, en la parroquia Zumba para el cantón Chinchipe de la Provincia Zamora Chinchipe

Abstract

La presente investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de diseñar arquitectónicamente un centro de integración cultural y educativo que permita mejorar las prácticas sociales e incentivar nuevas disciplinas educativas a favor de la cultura en la parroquia Zumba del cantón Chinchipe. El terreno escogido para la ejecución del proyecto comprende un área de 6 482.19 𝑚2, hallándose apto para el diseño, pues cumple con los requerimientos físicos y espaciales. El proyecto consta de una sola planta y contiene cuatro zonas diferenciadas ubicadas alrededor de un área central, en forma de plaza multifuncional, además sé distribuye en cinco áreas: administrativa, servicios, plaza, música y estacionamiento. Esta fundamentada en la programación arquitectónica, sustentada en las necesidades del cantón, tomando en cuenta el contexto; habitante y sociedad. De esta manera aportar a que se consolide, potencie, promueva las artes en todas sus expresiones, se fomente la democratización de la cultura y la participación ciudadana que ayuden a fortalecer la identidad cultural de los habitantes...

The present investigation was developed in Zumba with the purpose of architecturally designing a center of cultural and educational integration that allows improving social practices and encouraging new educational disciplines in favor of Chinchipe culture. The terrain chosen for the execution of the project comprises an area of 6,482.19 m2, being suitable for the design, since it meets the physical and spatial requirements. The project consists of a single plant and contains four differentiated zones located around a central area, in the form of a multifunctional plaza, it is also distributed in five areas: administrative, services, plaza, music and parking, based on the architectural programming that is sustained in the needs of the canton, taking into account the context; inhabitant and society.
