Estudio de flexibilidad del espacio arquitectónico en vivienda multifamiliar. Caso de estudio: Edificios Multifamiliares,Loja

Abstract

La siguiente investigación está basada en problemas actuales de adaptabilidad o flexibilidad de espacios arquitectónicos de viviendas multifamiliares en Loja dados principalmente por el modelo de unidad repetitiva destinada a una familia tipo, lo que afecta de forma directa el confort y el comportamiento de sus habitantes condenándolos a habitar en un espacio sin apropiarse del mismo. Mediante la investigación descriptiva se analizaron dos edificios multifamiliares en la ciudad de Loja, identificando los cambios y las modificaciones que tuvieron los departamentos en relación al diseño original. También, mediante la aplicación de entrevistas y encuestas a los habitantes de estos edificios se pudo identificar, determinar y evaluar los niveles de satisfacción de los usuarios en relación al grado de adaptabilidad de su vivienda, de acuerdo a las necesidades cambiantes en el transcurso del tiempo, tomando en cuenta criterios de modulación o de diseño en cuanto a la flexibilidad del espacio arquitectónico...
