El presente trabajo investigativo tiene el objetivo de evaluar la participación política de las mujeres y el desarrollo del enfoque de género en la Función Legislativa ecuatoriana. Con los mecanismos de participación paritaria reforzados en la Constitución del 2008 se declaró a la Asamblea Nacional como un espacio equitativo y participativo. Las cifras de representatividad femenina a partir del año 2009 fueron en ascenso hasta lograr un 42% de representación femenina en el 2013. The present research aims to evaluate the political participation of women and the development of a gender approach in the Ecuadorian Legislative Function.
