Indoor environments in homes may be more polluted than outside air; Due to the existence of internal sources of pollution, lack of adequate ventilation, orientation, isolation, and the use of toxic materials are concepts that must be taken into account when designing homes. An analysis of the thermal comfort was carried out to a group of dwellings to determine the satisfaction and thermal dissatisfaction of its users. A physical and socioeconomic physical analysis of the sector was also carried out in order to generate housing that would be compatible with both the physical environment and society. The TFC is designed to develop design strategies that allow the design of homes with optimal environments, pleasant temperatures, so that they can carry out their activities. The passive solar systems that have been proposed as strategies, are designed for a temperate climate, with the objective of sheltering the interior of the house but without reaching overheating so that solar control systems are also proposed.
