Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo crear un manual de Procesos y Procedimientos que se convierta en una herramienta indispensable no solo en los talleres de Alineación y Balanceo, sino que traspase barreras y pueda ser implementado en otros servicios del área automotriz. El inconveniente nace desde los técnicos quienes no están familiarizados con este tipo de documentación, por lo que este manual es de fácil entendimiento y aplicación, para que el técnico desarrolle funciones como el análisis, se anticipe a los sucesos o describa un proceso sin necesidad de redundar en un tema. Los primeros capítulos se basan principalmente en lo que se espera desarrollar con este proyecto, también cuales son las características del taller en la que se piensa aplicar en primer lugar esta documentación, también profundizamos un poco en los sistemas de los vehículos donde tiene mayor afectación y sus daños referentes...
