Abstract

El presente trabajo es la propuesta de un Modelo de Gestión basado en Responsabilidad Social Universitaria para la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador en la Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. El proyecto se fundamenta en la normativa legal y la filosofía institucional de la Universidad; sin embargo, puede ser aplicado en otras universidades por su factibilidad teórica y práctica. Para el estudio se consideró el contexto social y las necesidades actuales de la Universidad, tanto internas como externas, por parte de docentes y estudiantes, e instituciones públicas, privadas y la colectividad que se beneficiará de los servicios de los profesionales, respectivamente; es por ello que, en este trabajo de investigación se plasma la manera más apropiada de relacionar la práctica y la teoría en función de las fortalezas existentes. This work is the proposal for a management model based on University Social Responsibility for the International University of Ecuador in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences. The project is based on the legal and institutional philosophy of the University; however, it can be applied in other universities for their theoretical and practical feasibility. For the study was considered the social context and the current needs of the University, both internal and external, by teachers and students, private and public institutions, and the community that will benefit from the services of professionals, respectively; that is why, in this research is the most appropriate way to relate the practice and theory in function of the existing strengths.
